    Responsibilities

    As Pharmacy Manager, you will:

    • Lead the daily operations of the pharmacy

    • Supervise and mentor pharmacists, technicians, and support staff

    • Deliver exceptional patient care through medication counseling and clinical services

    • Administer immunizations and support preventative healthcare initiatives

    • Oversee inventory management, purchasing, workflow optimization, and quality assurance

    • Maintain compliance with Washington State Board of Pharmacy regulations and company policies

    • Collaborate with physicians, clinics, and community partners

    • Identify opportunities to expand pharmacy and clinical services

    • Promote a culture focused on patient care, teamwork, and continuous improvement

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Active, unrestricted Washington State Pharmacist License

    • PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

    • Strong leadership and communication skills

    • Commitment to exceptional patient care

    • Ability to work independently while leading a collaborative team

    Preferred:

    • Pharmacy management or supervisory experience

    • Independent or community pharmacy experience

    • Experience providing immunizations and clinical services

    • Interest in developing new patient care programs
